Brad grew up in Hazelton, a small town in northern British Columbia. His cooking career started with a temporary summer job at the Hummingbird restaurant, where he was asked to start his apprenticeship. He received his Red Seal Certification in 2003 from the Okanagan University College in Kelowna, B.C. Brad then moved to Kamloops and acquired various skills working as a line cook, prep supervisor, and banquet Chef for local restaurants. Although Brad took 3 years off from kitchen duties to pursue a career in the trucking industry, he found his way back into the kitchen, working at Thompson Rivers University. Brad became part of the Mount Paul Family in October, 2009 taking over as the Head Chef. Brad invites you to experience the tastes that Mount Paul has to offer.

Bonnie is in her 13th year with Mount Paul. Bonnie takes care of all the accounting, business and legal details for the company. As the Director of Mount Paul Bonnie's experience and knowledge is an immense asset for Mount Paul, and we are extremely happy to have Bonnie on our team.
